For this purpose, the student tracking system, which we developed for this purpose, is a regular and data -based control mechanism that covers the entire development process of the student. Thanks to this system, the student's participation in the courses, the completion of their homework, the success of the trial exams and the development graph are monitored instantly. In this file, the student's weekly performance assessments, subject analysis, motivation level, missing topics and actions taken are recorded in detail. The teacher, the guidance unit and the student coach evaluate these data together and form the development route of the student. The necessary orientations are made early by identifying the low motivation that may occur from time to time, anxiety increase or attention deficit. Thus, not only the grades of the student, but also the general learning health is preserved. In this way, a triple bond between the institution, student and parents is established and the child's success becomes a common responsibility.
